When preparing food, you end up with a lot of dirty dishes in the end. Electric devices are especially tricky to clean; they are also made of many different parts and materials making them very hard to recycle. This manually driven kitchen device can both whisk and cut food, by exchanging tools. The device is made to be easily dismounted for cleaning, repairing and recycling. To avoid unnecessary extra dishes, the glass container can be placed directly on to a table when it is time to serve the food.
