Research project

Companies, both large and small, can be partners in a research project. The main reason for becoming a partner is that the research question that the project is addressing is of interest to the company.

The company usually contributes with problem definition, financial support and/or resources in the form of infrastructure or staff (in-kind contribution).

In order for a company to participate in a research project, it first needs to establish a relationship with the relevant department and researcher.
