Adam Jönsson

Adam Jönsson, PhD student at the department for Electrical and Information Technology received the Best Student Paper Award at the CSW conference (compound  semiconductors) at MIT for his paper: ”Vertical, High‐Performance 12 nm Diameter InAs Nanowire MOSFETs on Si Using an All III‐V CMOS Process”.
